Harvest Hop

 

Harvest Hop is an endeavor to pair our locally-sourced apples and honey with the hand-selected hops from our friends at Niwot Hops. This collaboration is bottle-conditioned to bring forth the aromatic cascade hops grown just down the road. Drink this one slowly… take a moment to enjoy the relaxing complexity of this dry-hopped wine.

We believe in the value of collaborative agriculture. Harvest Hop is the enthusiastic collection of neighbors and their apple trees – the Community Orchard. A warm “thank you” to the trusting people of Norther Colorado who contributed an incredible variety of apples for this truly local wine with apples, honey, and hops.

Harvest Hop was awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2016 Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition.
